While camping at Posey Lake on our fall 17 Overland Adventure we used the Firebox Stove and the Firebox exclusive 16 cm Billy can Bush pot to slow cook a roast for three hours.
Using Mesquite charcoal I seared off the roast prior to putting it into the pot turned sideways as an improvised camp oven for the slow finish.
