Solo Backpack To Remote 10k Lake 3 Trout Cooked 3 Ways Part 02/03 Ti Firebox Stove

Part 02/03 Colorado Cutthroat & Garlic Hash Brown Potatoes! My dogs (Ash & Juni) and I had a great time camping at this beautiful secluded lake nestled just below the mountain top at 10,000 ft elevation. The lake was incredibly healthy with a bounty of Colorado Cutthroat and Tiger (sterile cross between a brook and a brown) trout to be caught and cooked to supplement my backpacking meals. I ate trout for breakfast and twice for dinner cooked three different ways. For breakfast I fried Tiger Trout in bacon fat! For my first dinner I cooked a Colorado Cutthroat with garlic hash browns for my traditional fish and potatoes meal. For my last dinner I grilled a Tiger! I used Hakata Spice (from Japan, We\'re working on getting some for you to try) on all three meals. The Titanium Firebox Stove used In this video is a pre production prototype which Iv\'e been testing all season.
