Fall is my favorite time of the year to hike! The weather is a bit cooler, and best of all, the leaves change color. It\'s such a special time to be in the mountains. After a hike, when my legs are tired, I definitely try to set aside time for yoga or simply some stretches on my bedroom floor. In this video, I share my top 3 stretches for after a hike!
